Due to the impact of the current Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic, your future visit to the Practice will now be a little different. Although many things have changed, we remain fully committed to your ongoing safety whilst in our care. If this is your first visit to the Practice, we have put in place a number of safety measures to help ensure a safe visit. A medical history form must be carefully completed and brought with you when you attend your appointment. In order to protect both you and our staff during your visit we also ask for your full cooperation in helping us negotiate the current challenges.
